On the auspicious occasion of Pakistan’s Independence Day, Child Aid Association (CAA) celebrated the spirit of freedom, hope, and new beginnings with the inauguration of the TAALEEM Project, sponsored by The Dawood Foundation and Umeed Parr.

The ceremony was graced by Mr. Favad Soomro, CEO of The Dawood Foundation, as Chief Guest, and Mrs. Huda Tareen Shareef, Vice President of Umeed Parr, as Guest of Honour. Mrs. Nasreen Hassan, Head of the TDF MagnifiScience Centre, and Mr. Tariq Shafi, President of Child Aid Association, were also in attendance.

The celebration continued with a cake-cutting ceremony in honour of Independence Day, bringing together our guests, partners, and children in a moment of joy and togetherness.

Adding colour and creativity to the festivities, TDF teachers conducted a hand-painting activity, giving the children a joyful opportunity to express themselves through art.

Through TAALEEM, CAA, The Dawood Foundation, and Umeed Parr are creating opportunities for children undergoing treatment to learn, explore, and continue growing beyond their treatment journey.

As we celebrate the freedom of our nation, we celebrate the possibilities we can create for every child.
