Child Aid Association (CAA) collaborated with Umeed Ghar to facilitate accommodation for families travelling to Karachi from other cities and regions for their children’s cancer treatment. Recognising the financial and logistical challenges these families face, particularly when they lack the resources to arrange suitable accommodation during extended treatment periods, this collaboration aimed to provide them with a safe and accessible place to stay. The initiative helped ease the burden of travel and accommodation costs, enabling families to focus on their children’s treatment and care.
